Jyoti Toolings in-house Tool Room is equipped with Modern Machinery to Manufacture and maintain dies, moulds, fixtures in the best way possible to meet the requirements of both the Automotive & Engineering division. Tool Room has rich experience in designing large tools, Transfer tools & automobile panel dies. Also, executed many prestigious projects of transfer dies & tandem dies for large automobile panels. The Tool Room is supported by an In-house experienced team of designers with in-depth knowledge in both Product and Tool design to design, manufacture and maintain dies & moulds. Product development capabilities at Jyoti Toolings include a design workstation that supports a complete range of software & operating platforms ensuring an unparalleled level of product customization.

Our Design division is headed by Mr Vijaybhaskar with his 20+ years of experience in sheet metal tool design. The entire design team has experts with an average of 3 years of experience.
